The beach houses of Zee en Zon

Our beach houses are located next to beach pavilion Zee en Zon, directly opposite the lively center of Katwijk. Go into the village, enjoy the lively beach scenes in front of your veranda or dream away at the view. Everything is possible. You don’t have to leave the house for a delicious snack and drink; Beach pavilion Zee en Zon delivers all these goodies to your veranda.

Each cottage has its own (free) wifi. You arrive in luxury: in all our beach houses you will find a small bottle of wine, shower and hand cream and made beds upon arrival.

Our beach houses are located right next to Strandpaviljoen Zee en Zon. Here you can enjoy a delicious lunch, drink or dinner 7 days a week. With the QR code in your beach house you order directly from the menu. Your order will be delivered to the beach house.

Staying in our beach houses by the sea

The beach houses of Zee en Zon can be booked from the beginning of February to the end of October for a weekend, midweek or week. In the high season, the holiday homes can only be booked per week.

Parks

You will find our beach houses on the beach, near exit 19 (Boulevard Zeezijde). It is allowed to park the car for a period of 20 minutes at the beach house to unload and load the luggage.

Leaving the car at the cottage is unfortunately not possible. We recommend that you park your car in the Boulevard Zeezijde car park. The garage is open 24 hours a day. The costs are € 1.80 per hour and € 10 per day. It is also possible to purchase a week ticket for € 35. Are you staying for two weeks or longer? Then a monthly card of € 50 is the cheapest choice.

House rules

• We ask that you leave the beach house wipe clean and free of dishes upon departure
• Smoking is not allowed in our beach houses
• Pets are not allowed

Good to know

• From the end of May to the beginning of September, the Katwijk beach is filled with the characteristic beach huts. Families from Katwijk come together here for a fun day at the beach. The beach huts are located slightly deeper in front of the beach huts.
• Strandhuisjes Zee en Zon does not have a breakfast service. In the immediate vicinity you will find several supermarkets and bakeries to prepare your own breakfast.
• Please note that many shops in Katwijk are closed on Sundays.

The reception on arrival is at Strandpaviljoen Zee en Zon, located at Boulevard Zeezijde 19.

Katwijk and surroundings

In our beach houses you will find an information folder with tips about trips in the area. Think of a nice bike ride, a challenging surf lesson or a visit to the historic center of Leiden. In the months of July and August there is a tourist market in the center of Katwijk every Tuesday.
